The dreaded day finally arrived!
Last night I managed to complete my first ever water marble. I'm quite proud of the results and next time I'll do 2 things differently:
1) Use a cup with a smaller circumference - the polish wasn't reaching the outside edge so when it came to making a design, the polish moved with the stick and screwed my hard work up.
2) Use more opaque lacquers - The Essie Resort 2010 polishes I used looked pretty faded even on a white base.
Here she is:
These shots were all taken under the sun that came and went all day long.
My thumb turned out the best. I put LA Colors Color Craze Star Light on as a top coat again & it really ruins the manicure a bit! I really need to get some INM Holo top coat!
Polishes used:
OPI Alpine Snow - Base
Essie Lapis of Luxury, Splash of Grenadine & Turquoise & Caicos - Marble
LA Colors Color Craze Star Light - Top Coat
Lately I've noticed my number of followers has been growing. Thanks so much guys, it means a lot that you're stopping by to check out my posts. As soon as I hit the 50 mark I'll put together a giveaway for you :)
